Huckins Farm has many amenities to enjoy and opportunities for involvement through committees and organized events.

HUCKINS FARM HOMES:  

Huckins Farm has 164 units in various styles spread over a campus of 294 acres, with conservation land adjacent to nearly every unit. Huckins Farm roads wind through wooded and meadow areas, creating a rural landscape only 16 miles from Boston.

HUCKINS FARM CLUBHOUSE:  

The Huckins Farm Clubhouse features a pool and hot tub, and the deck area has ample seating and shaded areas. Inside the Clubhouse is an exercise room with a reclining bicycle and elliptical machine. 

The Clubhouse great room provides meeting space with Wi-Fi and a kitchen and is available to Huckins Farm residents for social events.

NATURE at HUCKINS FARM:
There are more than 200 acres of conservation land with native flora and fauna, deer, beaver, foxes, evergreen and other native trees, and dozens of bird species.

HUCKINS FARM - Trails: 

Several trails run through Huckins Farm, providing year-round walking/hiking enjoyment. 

In winter, the Huckins Farm trails remain extremely popular for trekking by hikers and by residents who enjoy snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing.

SOCIAL EVENTS at HUCKINS FARM:
Huckins Farm Garden Tour, guided trail walks (themed - local flora, fauna, history, etc.), poolside get-togethers, seasonal events (Fall Apple Festival), Stables/Barn events (Summer Hoedown), and more.

HUCKINS FARM EQUESTRIAN CENTER  and
Churchill Stables:

Churchill Stables at the Huckins Farm Equestrian Center is a special and distinctive feature of Huckins Farm. 

Churchill Stables hosts occasional special events for Huckins Farm residents and the Bedford Community.
